CLINICAL FIELDWORK
Mane Stream loves to work with motivated and enthusiastic clinical fieldwork students. Mane Stream provides a chance for you to personally develop and explore career possibilities.
AREAS OF FOCUS:
Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology
TIME FRAME/COMMITMENT:
Commitment based on fieldwork requirements. Hours are dependent on therapy schedule.
LEVEL 1 PREREQUISITES:
Currently in an OT/SLP program
Mane Stream must have a current relationship with your school
Attend a Mane Stream Orientation & Training Session
LEVEL 2 PREREQUISITES:
1-3 years of horse experience
In final clinical fieldwork rotation
Mane Stream must have a current clinical affiliation with your school
Attend a Mane Stream Orientation & Training Session
GRADUATE STUDENT OBSERVATION NIGHTS: Open to undergraduate students who need to obtain observation hours in order to complete their graduate school applications. Please bring all pertinent paperwork for the therapist you are observing to complete. RSVP is required to Director of Program Services, Jen Dermody at jen@manestreamnj.org
