All proceeds from the sale will benefit Mane Stream’s horses and therapy programs.
Mane Stream accepts horse-related donated items year-round. Drop off new or used bridles, saddles, blankets, tack boxes as well as outgrown boots, breeches, jackets, and any horse-related models or knick-knacks. Occupational Therapist, Emily Bucher works with Jamelah of Orange on Minnie, assisted by volunteers Chip Quayle of Basking Ridge, Dan O’Donnell of Whitehouse, and Pillar School Aid.
Mane Stream cordially invites the community to the farm on Saturday, March 23rd from 12-2PM. Get an in-depth look at our therapy services, including OT, PT, SLP, and Counseling, as well as a FREE program called Horses for Healing for people living with Cancer and Parkinson's Disease. Several openings are currently available for therapy services and the upcoming Horses for Healing program which starts in April.
Meet the friendly staff, take a tour of the facility, and learn about the physical and emotional advantages of interacting with horses. Every visit to the farm is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with the horses, explore the grounds, and gain insights into the Mane Stream programs in which each child or adult participates. Or just swing by to pet a pony or two and put a smile on your face!

BRING A PAIR OF GENTLY WORN SHOES! We’re trying to reach our goal of 100 bags of shoes by the end of the summer and we can’t do it without YOUR help. Mane Stream partners with Funds2orgs.com to keep shoes out of landfills, provide affordable footwear to people in developing nations and raise much-needed funds for our farrier costs for the Mane Stream herd. While Champion & Reserve ribbons for adults and children will be awarded. Mane Stream invites individuals living with Parkinson's Disease to an Open House on Saturday, April 1st from 12-2pm to learn more about Horses for Healing PD, a new FREE program based on our successful Horses for Healing program for individuals living with cancer. Come meet the staff, take a tour of the facility, and learn more about how interacting with horses has both physical and emotional benefits.

And since we couldn’t do what we do without our dedicated volunteers, this is the perfect time to find out what goes into being one of the team. Learn how important volunteers are and how anyone can fit volunteer shifts into their schedule. Volunteers are needed all year long but during the summer we need even more to help with Summer Camp!

First, you set your personal fitness goal for the number of steps you pledge to take during the “show week” by walking, running, riding, or other activities.
Second, you select your favorite horse from among the participating EQUUS Foundation Guardian charities to fundraise for and of course, you'll pick Mane Stream's horse. MINNIE!!

Join us on April 22 on Zoom for a special wine tasting hosted by Founder and Winemaker, David Rossi of Fulcrum Wines. He will be talking about 5 of his wines including a Gewurztraminer, and two of his highly rated Pinot Noirs. You can purchase all five bottles or just a couple from Tewksbury Fine Wines & Spirits. Pick-up at their store, have it delivered or shipped (even out of state.) Shipping deadline is April 12 to ensure timely delivery.

It was a tough call but we have decided to postpone our spring sale until the fall to give us more time to collect tack and horse-themed items. Our sale last year was so successful thanks to our donors and shoppers that we are hoping for a repeat this year! The Registration Form must be returned to Mane Stream by October 9th in order to guarantee a spot in the show. The entry fee can be paid on the day of the show.

Here’s your chance to get out and visit the farm…and join us for Sunset Yoga at the Farm!
For a $10 donation to Mane Stream you can sign up to attend our Sunday evening yoga sessions. Space is limited so you must RSVP.
We request you bring your own yoga mat, mask, and plenty of water. We will set up spaces 6 feet apart for your yoga mat so we can practice safe social distancing. We have plenty of hand sanitizer too!
BONUS: Each day attendees will be entered in a raffle and at the end of the series we will pull the winning ticket and that person will receive a gift certificate for a private Zoom yoga session with Gia and Airs Above Yoga!

Enjoy the festive atmosphere and the N'awllins food provided by 15 Landsdowne Catering & Mercantile. Everything will make you think you are strolling down Bourbon Street. Add to that, rockin' music provided by Colorblind Productions where we fully expect to see you on the dance floor.

Mane Stream invites you to visit and see first hand how adaptive riding, therapy services, and Summer Camp can improve the quality of life for children with cognitive, developmental, emotional, medical, or physical challenges.
This year a scavenger hunt is planned to help the children get to know our horses, the lay of the land and get a leg up on what they will learn in camp. This and other activities will keep the kids busy while parents ask questions about our equine-assisted programs, including Adaptive Riding.
Anyone interested in finding more out about our PerformCare Approved Summer Day Camp should come to talk directly with the Camp Director, Holland Kochanski. All attendees who register for camp at the Open House will receive a $25 discount.
