OUR EQUINE STAFF MEMBERS

Love our horses and want to help support them? We are looking for sponsors for the herd. $5,000 for one horse for a year, $3,750 for 9 months, $2,500 for 6 months and $1,250 for 3 months. BUBBLES

Bubbles joined the Mane Stream herd in the spring of 2022. After years of showing in the hunter/jumper ring with Redfield, Bubbles transitioned to our Adaptive Riding program without a hitch. Due to his symmetrical movement and size, we are excited to use Bubbles in our therapy program! Riders and clients alike love both his name and his personality. Thank you to Redfield for donating this versatile pony!

CODY

Cody (show name: Keeping it Blue) joined the Mane Stream herd in November of 2022. From the moment this 14.2 hand Palomino gelding came to the barn he was a favorite with riders and volunteers alike. He has a playful personality and loves lots of attention. We are very excited to have him as the newest member of our herd and send out a special thank you to Elizabeth Salituri for donating this amazing pony.

Welcome Dawn (DON) is gogeous 17+ hand Irish Draught that joined the herd in June of 2023. He is strong enough to carry our larger and more experienced riders, but also calm enough for our inexperienced riders. Don knows his job! That’s not to say he isn’t a big puppy dog that is always on the lookout for some love from the volunteers and staff. He’s going to be a camper favorite for sure!! Joey joined the herd in June of 2023 and was the first pony to come already covered in paint and glitter! Joey’s calm demeanor and stellar attitude make this cute 13.2 hand pony a perfect fit for our therapy program. This pony can also really strut his stuff in the riding ring! His beautiful trot provides a very comfortable gait for our smaller riders. And he's as cute as a button with that beautiful pinto coloring. Thank you Iglesias family for donating this very versatile pony for our diverse programs.

MIckey

Mickey (show name: McJagger) joined the herd in December of 2021. Donated by Red Oak Farm, this charming 14.2 hand Connemara was a pony hunter in his day. Now he is teaching our smaller riders all the ropes from walk, trot and even how to canter.

Peanut came to Mane Stream in September of 2021 after retiring as a pleasure/lesson pony. He is a great height for many of our therapy clients and will definitely be a favorite during summer camp. SNAPPY

Land’s End Snapdragon (Snappy) joined the herd in the summer of 2023. This little guy’s calm demeanor has made him an exceptional addition to both our therapy and adaptive riding programs. Snappy is a cutie that will happily snuggle anyone that comes his way. After his impressive show career, we are excited to have a little pony for some of our youngest therapy clients. Tink came to Mane Stream in July of 2010. Her sweet attitude and striking coloring made her an instant favorite among everyone. Tink is one of our go-to horses for adaptive riding and camp. Tink was awarded PATH Intl. Region 2 Horse of the Year in 2022!!

Tux (show name: Best Dressed) joined the Mane Stream Herd in December of 2021. This tall Argentinian Warmblood used to compete in the hunter jumpers but now provides a safe ride for our more advanced riders learning to canter and jump small jumps.
